From a covered failure to the certificate's settlement route.

For objectively verified covered failures, claims follow the certificate's settlement route.

Open a claim#

A claim needs an executed transaction, a trigger listed on the certificate, and an amount within the transaction amount. Each transaction can have one claim.

Claim Tracker#

Shows each claim's status and settlement route from the certificate. A claim moves through submitted, evaluating, approved, and settled, and can be rejected until it is settled.

Claim Evidence Pack#

Bundles the certificate, mandate, receipts, and transaction data for a claim.
